    Hi

    How can I remove the:

    -Add a coupon line message only pop up in non registered user cart checkout page
    -Add a coupon pop up in registered user cart checkout page.

    We use the plugin that adds a coupon automatically, Even though the coupon added, The messaging service is not Disappeared and it confuses the customer. Please look the 2 picturs attached

    Hi Benjamin,

    If you just want to remove these 2 notices you can try to use the “Ignore messages” option.

    – You can try to set the “Search method” option as “Partial”
    – On “Ignored messages” option you can add one message for line.

    I really do not get along with it, I have attached a picture, the green V showing what I want to show, The red X I want to remove.

    I followed your explanation, I just wrote a short sentence but it did not change the content, Popup displayed the same message in the image

    After looking at your site’s source code, it seems that you have added only this to the Ignored messages option:
    <p></p>

    You need to add the coupon message there.

    I did not add nothing, The website is now and yesterday and day before wil your plugin defult setting, Please do not push me to do any action code because I do not know html or writing code we business people.

    I ask you for help to make my life easier, Can I have it please? Do you have a custom code sample that I can use, just copy and paste.

    Regarding the picture I send you befor I like to keep the 2 green V, And remove The red X, Thats all.

    Hi Benjamin,

    I’m sorry, that was not my intention. I just want to help you.

    You just need to add the coupon message you don’t want to display as a popup in the Ignored messages option.

    Please take a look at this screenshot:

    If you have already done that, maybe you can simply try to clear your cache, if you have some caching plugin.

    If it doesn’t work, Would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?
    If that’s the case, please send a message to [email protected]

    I understood, tried and also cleaned cash several times, it does not work. Anyway We love the plugin, It is does the notice alert well, Very friendly visible , but not back end flexible settings.  Thanks for the help, we’ll leave it that way.
