Hello, I have not yet purchased your plug in but I would like to do so, I need to create an ecommerce with woocommerce that will limit the purchases of all products per year to 1000 euros only for manually registered customers, and that gives a count of thresholds to the customer who logs in, with your plugin is it possible to do this? If so, there are some rules to set, could you help me?

Yes, it is possible to limit the maximum purchase per user per product to 1000 euros. In your case, I would set up the plugin as follows:
General > Mode > Product Prices (incl. tax)
General > Date range > This year or Last 365 days depending on how you need it
Limits > All products > Enable
Limits > Limit per user > 1000
