How can I update the cost of previously placed orders?

    Hello,

    I’m having troubling with updating the costs of previously made orders. I added new cost prices to products that have been sold. I want to see in the analytics report the profit of these orders, but they won’t update. I used the Recalculate orders cost and profit tools but with no luck. Can you help me with this? I purchased the pro version of this tool

    Hi Dave,

    Please try to enable the “Advanced > Force costs update” options and then re-run the recalculate order costs and profit option.

    Please let me know if you continue having trouble with this.

    Hi Dave,

    Please, make sure you’re using the latest version of the plugin, and also try to clear the analytics cache at: WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache.
