How can you tell if you now have the pro version of the plug-in on wp?
The minimum order by shipping zone is not working. The only value that is being considered is the ‘Amounts’ min sum. All other attempts at setting minimum sums via shipping zones or shipping method is not working.

One of the ways you can try is to access the plugins page and check the plugin name. It should be: Order Minimum/Maximum Amount for WooCommerce Pro
Regarding the shipping zone, can you please try to update the plugin to version 4.0.0 that we’ve recently released? Let me know if it works better for you
