    Hi there,

I need help with my cost of goods pro plugin. I use the quick edit on all products to add the cost price. Usually it works with no problems, but every 8th time or so, it saves the cost price on the product page, but not in the product start page. It just says 0 and sometimes it says 0-(the price I entered). For instance a top costing 145 is says: cost 0-148 and profit the same – calculated on 0 and the number. When I click on the product the correct price is located under “general” and under each variation. BUT the price is not visible from the product overview page and doesn’t get transferred when exported as a CSV file. I need to hand in my bookkeeping tomorrow and really need your help. I have more than 900 products and bought PRO version because I need to be able to use the quick edit function and avoid adding the price manually under each variation of the product. Sincerely Emma

    Hi Emma,

Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce the issue on our end. Is it possible for you to share your WordPress dashboard access and we can take a look for you?

You can send your details to [email protected]

    Hi,

For anyone else having this issue, please ensure all your variations have a sale price. If there is no sale price for the product the update cost function might not work correctly.
