    My conversion rates are correct (₦1 = 0.0026260034 US$)
Shop base currency is Naira (₦) not USD.
    https://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/convert/?Amount=1&From=NGN&To=USD
Other plugin is disabled so that notice is not displayed anymore.
    See recording below
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1McETzuh26WwmLq8xpWfprkn1ufgtfUqw/view

Min amount to get free shipping : ₦25,000 ( Approx. US$65.65)
    Customer Spends : ₦ 21,900.00 ( Approx. $57.54)

    Expected Amount Left : ₦ 3,100 (Approx $8.14)
    https://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/convert/?Amount=3100&From=NGN&To=USD

What your plugin displays: ₦ 3,100 ($24,942.46). your plugin is multiplying 3,100 by 8
Hope this is clear to you now.
Please provide a solution quickly as my store is live and this information will be confusing to my customers

Ok so I added a manual minimum amount in the box, and that amount converted. However that will not work for me as I have multiple shipping zones and different free shipping values for all of them

    Hi

In that case under the Manual Minimum Amount Settings, enable the section and under Shipping Zones select the relevant shipping zones. Save the settings and now from the Manual Minimum Amount settings you will be able to set the minimum amount for each shipping zone.
