    Hi, I bought the plugin last week and I have not been able to configure it.

    I need the customer to be able to buy in one order and only once in a lifetime for example:

    Category a: 2 products
    Category b: 1 product
    Category c: 1 product

    and that you can not buy again.

    I read in a forum that your plugin could do it but I can’t configure it properly.

    Could you guide me what should I do?

    Hello Antonieta,

    You can follow these steps:
    1. Enable Limits > Per product category
    2. Access the category you wish. For example: Products > Categories > Category A
    3. Set the Limit per user option on the category page.

    Hello, I have managed to allow the client to buy the products limited to that category, but if he makes another order again he can buy books from those categories that he should no longer be able to, what could be happening?

    Maybe it’s only a matter of setting the correct Date range
