I have installed this plugin on my website , But I am facing some issues , Some payments get cancelled , I then tried to contact to those people who tried to pay me , it took too much long time to process payments , kindly look into these issues.

Hi,

Time taken to process payments is something that the payment gateway should handle. Our plugin simply displays the custom payment gateway on the checkout page & brings the customer back to our site once the payment is processed.
