ParticipantHi Tom,
I’ve noticed that I don’t see orders from PayPal in the WooCommerce – Reports.
Our main payment getaway in local currency. Default currency is also local. PayPal orders are in USD
Is it intended behaviour? I won’t be able to see orders in USD in my reports?

ParticipantJust an addition to the previous message. I found the orders in the reports. But the value is incorrect. For example, the order is $90 USD. In the reports it shows as 90 (Local currency)
July 28, 2022 at 6:07 am #86035Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
Yes, this is a known problem. Let me try to come up with some solution. Will get back to you soon.
September 19, 2022 at 3:53 pm #90636Hi Lisa,
Please update the plugin to the latest v3.5.0. Then you need to enable the new “WooCommerce Analytics > Orders and Revenue” checkbox in “WooCommerce > Settings > Payment Gateway Currency > Admin”. After that, I suggest you “Clear analytics cache” in “WooCommerce > Status > Tools”. Now, you should be able to see the correct values in the “Orders” and “Revenue” analytics report tabs. Please give it a try and let me know what you think.

I’m going to mark this thread as “resolved” for now, hope that’s ok. Please let me know if there are still any questions/issues.

ParticipantThank you so much, Tom!
For some reason I didn’t get the notification on this forum.
Anyway, I just enabled it. And it doesn’t work for me. Should it only work for the future orders?
May 9, 2023 at 9:05 pm #114756Hi Lisa,
I was testing the WooCommerce Analytics option and it seems to be working. Can you please elaborate on your issue? It should work for current orders as well.
1. Can you please make sure that you’ve tried to clear the Analytics cache on “WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache”
2. Is there some kind of error or does the order value remain simply incorrect?

ParticipantHi Pablo, thank you, but I’ve noticed 2 issues:
- Major issue is that yes it’s started to show correct orders in the Analytics for orders with non default currency. BUT now it shows 0 for all other orders in default currency
- It doesn’t convert value for refund orders
May 30, 2023 at 7:44 pm #116383Hi Lisa,
- I couldn’t reproduce that problem here. It works even on orders with default currency as well. Can you please try to clear the Analytics cache?
- I believe I was able to fix that on version 3.7.1 I just released. Please let me know if it helps.
