Hello, we Work with woocommerce and learndash and we would like to use the Plugin Order Status Rules in Pro Version.
To unlock the course the status changes after paying with PayPal to “complete” automatically.
Additionally we have to send packages by mail so the Status needs then to change from ‘complete’ to ‘shipment’.Currently, If i make a rule that the Triggerstatus ‘complete’ and the payment Method PayPal should be changed to ‘shipment’ I cant Change the Status to ‘complete’ after shipment
Is there an Option in the pro Version to add a rule in independence to the Triggerstatus but only released due to the payment Method?

Just confirming: You want to auto-change status to ‘complete’ for PayPal payments and later to ‘shipment’ without affecting ‘complete’ for other payment methods, right?

no, that’s not what we mean, that’s our current situation.
We would like to use the order plugin to change an order based ONLY on the payment method & product regardless of the status that was reached
(For example, product A is paid for via PayPal and is AUTOMATICALLY marked as “complete”. The plugin should now set status xy based on product A & payment method Paypal. Regardless of the status “complete”.)
