Installed pro product cost plugin but cost not showing in analytics

Greetings from Montreal WP Factory Support.

I’ve just purchased / installed / activated your pro version plugin for Woocommerce Product Cost but after making updates to settings, I’m not seeing the cost category carried over to the analytics tabs despite enabling the desired criteria in the product and tools & reports sections.  (analytics cache has been cleared)

I tested the plugin on our development admin first and the reporting was working perfectly.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
