Another question –
When an order comes through my website, this plugin appears to be calculating COGS just fine.
But when an order comes through POS, and we are using POS for WooCommerce (so it is just a front end to the website) it appears not to be calculating COGS.
Can you help?
What do you mean by recalculate and how would I do that.
Going into the order and clicking “update” does not add the COGS.
There is a line in the orders for COGS as an item line. But I wouldn’t want to have to input this into each item done through POS – that would be a huge amount of time.
Ok, being the novice that I am, this took some exploring. But I found what you were asking me to do and it worked!
