GuestHello,
we bought this module, but I would like to understand if it was possible to leave the limit for certain products, while for others to leave the maximum purchase formula and empty only the data of that product. Because if I now empty the data, I empty everything, while I would need to empty the data of some products, while others must remain blocked on purchase.

ParticipantHi,
I have not understood your question properly.
Do you want to exclude products from the limit calculations? If so then go to the plugin’s settings, Advanced tab > Exclude products and add the relevant products that you wish to exclude from the limits.

GuestI could not make myself understood. let me explain: I have active both the limit on some products (set at 5) and the formula function on others (given based on the customer’s ID). However, every month I need to delete the data of the products I sell with the formula (since sometimes the same customers reorder). But I noticed that if I empty the data, it deletes everything, including purchases on the limit (so those who have already bought with the limit of 5, can buy back and start again from 0). I would therefore need to delete only the sales data of a product.

ParticipantHi,
Unfortunately deleting and recalculating data will delete and recalculate for all orders. It is not possible for you to pick which data to delete.
Have you tried the date range option in the General settings of the plugin? You can use it to automatically reset the limits for users every month.
