Are you able to have two different limit configurations with this plugin? For example, I’m currently using this plugin to limit customer purchases to no more than $100 daily per user. Am I also able to stop customers from being able to purchase the same product more than once? If I can have both of the limit rules at the same time how would I go about setting it up?
I’m using the date range “last 24 hours” and Per Product Taxonomy/ Per product tag = enabled.
If I also enable “all products” limit per user = 1, it doesn’t stop customers from being able to purchse the same product more than once. What would be the correct configuration for this?
Hi John,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to use multiple modes of limits at the same time. You can either limit the purchase to $100 or a customer to buy 1 product. But you cannot do both at the same time.
