Is it possible to record a history of the costs?

I sell fruits and vegetables to retail customers, and buy much of the products from wholesale vegetable distributers. I very often have significant depreciation costs of vegetables and fruits that I buy from wholesalers but I have not sold, since they don’t last for more than a few days.

Can this cost somehow be recorded in your system?

I’m afraid it’s not possible for now.
Anyway, would you have some suggestion of how you’d like it to work?
