Is it possible to set costs by time?

Hi there, hope you will be able to assist me :

is there a plugin that allows a special ‘product cost’ field for a specific time?
for example : i am selling an item from supplier A. During normal time, the cost price is $5 and the selling price is $10.

but for the month of August, the supplier will drop the cost price to $3 and we will also drop the price to $8. is there a feature that will allow for this special ‘price field’ which will only work from August 1 till August 30?

after august 30, the price will go back to the normal price.

is there such a feature?
