Hmm… Just to be sure – please recheck if you have enabled the “Dokan” checkbox in “WooCommerce > Settings > Product Notes > Private/Public notes > Compatibility Options”. Product note field(s) should appear right below the “Tags” field (in Dokan’s “Dashboard > Products > Add New Product / Edit Product”). Please check this screenshot.
If that doesn’t help – maybe I could log in to your server and check what’s going on (my email is [email protected])?
As for “Orders” – to be honest, I’m not sure I got it correctly. Where are product notes shown there exactly? Is it in the orders list (i.e. Dokan’s “Dashboard > Orders”)? Or is it when you open some specific order page there? If you won’t be able to share an account, maybe you could send me some screenshots?
