ParticipantHi, is this compatible with vendor dokan plugin? My situation is like this. My vendor could create private note for that product to admin. So admin can see the notes from the product lists.
If it is possible and compatible with dokan vendor plugin, I would like to purchase this plugin to insert into my website.

Took me a bit longer than I expected (sorry about that), but hopefully, I’ve managed to implement it. Please update the plugin to the latest version 2.4.0. Now in “WooCommerce > Settings > Product Notes > Private/Public notes > Compatibility Options” you will find new “Dokan” options. If you enable it, vendors will be able to add notes on product add and edit in their dashboard. Please note that for now, vendors will be able to add only one note per product (i.e. unlike admin who is able to add multiple notes per product) – I’ll be trying to add multiple notes for vendors feature in the next plugin update.
Please give it a try and let me know if it’s working as expected.

ParticipantHi Tom. I have used the latest version for this plugin and have tested it. Unfortunately, the Product note section is not appear on the “Product Page”. It just appeared on the page “Orders” of the Product from Dokan system 🙁
I really appreciate if Tom could recheck and check what is the problem. Your help is highly appreciated 🙏🏻

Hmm… Just to be sure – please recheck if you have enabled the “Dokan” checkbox in “WooCommerce > Settings > Product Notes > Private/Public notes > Compatibility Options”. Product note field(s) should appear right below the “Tags” field (in Dokan’s “Dashboard > Products > Add New Product / Edit Product”). Please check this screenshot.
If that doesn’t help – maybe I could log in to your server and check what’s going on (my email is [email protected])?
As for “Orders” – to be honest, I’m not sure I got it correctly. Where are product notes shown there exactly? Is it in the orders list (i.e. Dokan’s “Dashboard > Orders”)? Or is it when you open some specific order page there? If you won’t be able to share an account, maybe you could send me some screenshots?
