ParticipantHi,
We’re using your product in combination with the WooCommerce Komoju Payments plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/komoju-japanese-payments/) on a site we’re developing for a client where we do not want a customer to be able to purchase more than 1 of any product. In the General settings tab for your plugin we have Order Statuses set to
- Pending payment
- Processing
- Completed
This works fine for preventing a customer from purchasing a second product when the first product has been purchased by credit card (order status is Processing in that case). However, it does not prevent a customer from purchasing a second product when the first product has been purchased by convenience store payments with payment not yet completed (order status is Pending payment in that case).
However, if after making an initial purchase by convenience store payments I then recalculate the sales data, a second purchase will be prevented. It seems to me that for whatever reason, the product data is not updated for Pending Payment orders until the store manager manually recalculates the sales data.
Is there anything you can think of that I’m doing incorrectly? Very happy to take this offline to a video chat for example if it is easier to explain and provide help in that way.
Thanks,
Ian

ParticipantHi,
Unfortunately, I am unable to replicate the issue on my end, probably due to not being able to use the Komoju plugin. In the plugin’s settings can you please try and enable the option under:
- General > Hide products > Hide products with exceeded limits
Then place a test order with convinience store payments and then see if you are still able to see the product that you just placed the test order for.
Secondly can you please try and disable the option under:
- General > Count by current payment method
If you continue having trouble with this, is it possible for you to share your WordPress dashboard access and we can take a look for you? You can send your details to [email protected]

ParticipantThanks for the reply. Unfortunately that didn’t work. I’ll create a temporary admin account for you to use and mail to the address you provided. Thanks
