    Hej,

I am not sure if I got the idea behind the Add-to-cart Validation. I set this to “do not validate”and thought this would ignore the quantity while adding to cart.

However, if I set the minimum qty to 0,001 and the default to 0,010 and the step to 0,005 it will not work as it says the qty should be either 0,006 or 0,011. Any way to really disable the validation?

    Thanks!

    Hi Jochen,

The validation is supposed to work as you described, it could be a setting overwrite that prevents it from working properly.

For the issue you mentioned, you have to select if minimum is 0.001 or 0.005, because if you select 0.001 and step 0.005, it’s clear that quantities will be 0.006, 0.011 and so on.

I suggest you contact us at [email protected], we will be glad to set this up for you.

    Omar
