Issues after recent update

    After updated 23-06-2021 we have some problems.

    Before the update all dutch VAT numbers still have to pay taxes.

    After the update we cannot find this option anymore and zere tax is applied.

    We are a Dutch based shop, so all Dutch VAT numbers will have to pay taxes…

    Please help

    Hi Eric,

    The update yesterday didn’t change anything on this part, the section you’re referring to is found under “Validation & Progress” tab, then on “Preserve VAT in selected countries” and select “Base Country”.

    Please note that this feature is part of the pro version, so make sure you’re on the Pro version (not to be enabled the free by default, any way you don’t need it so you can remove it).
