Keep VAT for specific country

    hello, I was wondering if it is possible to do the following in your vat plugin:

    for Germany you cannot validate the VAT you have to continue charging the tax

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Yes sure, you can skip validation AND/OR validate but preserve VAT in any country you want.
