I already require a minimum of $275 to be purchased and now want to add a maximum of only 1 in the category so they can’t buy more than 1 from the category. How do I do that?

I hope you are well.
What you are attempting to achieve is possible with our plug To do so, please follow the general steps below:
1. At first, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Order Min/Max Amount > General and set the Amount limits to Minimum and Maximum. Then set the Amount types to Sum, Quantity.
2. Then go to the Amounts section and set the Min sum to 275.
3. Now go to the Products section and enable the Per product category option.
4. Then go to your category edit page (i.e., Products > Categories > Your category > Edit category page) and set the Max quantity to 1.
