Manage per product and mixed products scenarios

Hi, scenario I may have to manage is:

• 2 categories of products for which:
  • category A has a lower limit of 50 euros
  • category B has no lower limit

But what if somebody purchases products from both categories? Can any the following behaviours be set up with your plugin?

1. prevent mixing products of different categories (easier to manage, maybe)
2. keep the limit for cat A valid so that order can be placed if amount(A)>50
3. set up a distinct limit for cat A + B carts (ex if some A and some B in cart the limit is 40 euros)
