Max quantity on category is not working

    2 issues
    The category limit is not working.

    When ik add an maximum om the category (like: 2) it is still possible to add more then 2 of that category in de cart.
    When i make a limit in de plugin section on a maximum of a cart, that is working.
    I would like to hace a maximum on a category.
    I made a test category and added 2 products on that, but that is not working (on PHP 7.4.32)

    Second:
    The maximum lock and so does not work on PHP 8.
    When is this working? Because my site is on PHP 8.1.11

    Hello,

    I can not edit or remove my post.

    I found a solution on the first issue, it is in one of my snipptes of the AJAX cart auto-update.
    Maybe please remove my initial post.
    I was to fast to send this.

    Glad to know you sorted out the first issue.

    Please elaborate a little more on the 2nd one, what does maximum lock means? Please provide more details so we can assist further.
