I have 10 products which all have several variations. I want each user to be able to purchase a maximum of 5 items at most. He can buy 5 items in a single order. But he can also place a first order with 2 items, which reduces his remaining limit to 3 items. I tried several techniques from the forum and the limit of 5 items is not respected.
Currently it prevents me from purchasing more than 5 products of the same variation. Example, I can not buy 6 medium blue t-shirts. But, once I buy 5 medium blue t-shirts, I can buy 5 large blue t-shirts or 5 medium red t-shirts.
What I want to achieve is to buy 5 items maximum, regardless of the variations.

Hi there,
Regarding the variation issue, you have to uncheck the “Use variation” option under the “General” section of the plugin. If the limit doesn’t work, then it might be configuration issue. In such a case, please send the login credentials to [email protected]
