Maximum works for product then resets

Hello,

I’m using pro version, there is a bug on my website.
I set global maximum as 5 for all products.
I set maximum as 12 for a specific product.

It’s working during a fiew minutes, and it reset as 5.

Could you please tell me how to correct it ?
