Message on wrong VAT not appearing

When a VAT number is entered and it’s wrong it doesn’t display the message, it only gets a red box. How can this be fixed?

Hi Kathleen,

Only on wrong? So I assume the section for progress messages is ticked right?

If so, please provide us wp-admin access at [email protected] to check.
