No available payment methods error

    We are testing your product, currently using the free version.  During testing of the checkout process, we are getting the following error:  Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.

    I have looked in the setting and I am not seeing anything where we can include countries or states.  I know it is not the plug-in because when I disable the plugin, the error message goes away and the payment option are visible.

    Hi Scott,

    Very sorry for not getting back to you earlier, it seems we missed this post and just saw it when I got notified about the latest post here.

    Most probably there is a conflict in settings that prevents showing gateways (i.e. mixed products, gateways included in some part but excluded in others).

    I suggest you reset the settings tab by tab, then start setting up the plugin to see when the message appears (I mean after configuring what setting).
