Not creating order cost and profit as metadata

I’ve installed this plugin as well as another to link WooCommerce to my CRM system. when an order is created I should be able to access the values of _alg_wc_cog_order_profit and _alg_wc_cog_order_cost however I cannot and I’m not sure why. Does anyone know why this would be?

I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot this issue. Could you please provide more information about the CRM system you’re using? If it’s publicly available, I may be able to access it through its official website or other online resources to run tests and diagnose the problem.
