Not showing minimum order notice for shipping requirements

Hiya

I have a few of shipping zones & most are working ok, for example…

Ka19 & KA26: minimum order for delivery = £45 / minimum order for collection = £0
Try & place order for £3.90 & this happens:
– warning notice above cart: You must have an order with a minimum of £45.00 for “Delivery” to place your order, your current order total is £3.95
– shipping options displayed Delivery: £10 / Collection: £0
(This is all working perfectly).

Zone I have an issue with is Glasgow Local
Minimimum order for delivery = £5 / minimum order for collection = £0
Try & place order for £3.90 & this happens:
– no warning notice
– shipping options: Collection: £0
(This should be triggering warning notice for minimum order of £5 for “Delivery”, as per first example. Shipping options should also include Delivery & Collection).

Anu suggestions?
