Orders sometimes don’t change status

    Hi,

    sometimes order doesn’t change status when it should have. Is there a way to debug what could have caused it?

    Last time it was an order that should go from custom status to cancelled after 3 working days.

    I only skip weekends. Apart from that there are no exclusions.

    The order came 3/12, then went to custom status “Zahlungserinnerung” on 8/12 (rule 4) and then should have gone to status cancelled after 3 working days, so on 13/12. On 15/12 my colleague canceled the order manually.

    Hello Radim,

    I am really sorry to know you are experiencing problems.

    In the plugin’s settings, under the Advanced section, disable the Use WP cron option and enable the Use Action Scheduler and see if the issue persists.
