Your plugin almost does what I need. Ok, so we install outdoor gyms.
Some products people can just buy and pay.
But We need to basically need be able to allow people to select a gym and then NOT be able to pay, but rather we invoice after it is installed. Almost ‘Place order’ button and then text that we enter. e.g. – thank you for your order we will book you in and invoice you later etc.

The free version allow you to select settings (hide/show) gateways on category & tag level, so whatever payment gateway you define for these outdoor gym (payment later, or upon installation, I mean just the payment type you set up for this), you can select that type for these products.
This way, that gateway will only appear on these products (and hide other gateways on these products as well).
