Hello. today I made some test in my site for reasons not connected to this plugin.
From the second test the plugin didn’t work anymore.
I deactivated all plugin but the problem is still present.
Seems like if the vat number is wrong but I’m sure that the number is right.
The plugin works independently from vat policy in my site. Right?
Hey Roberto,
The plugin validates directly with official EU database, so if it’s not validating it (while it’s valid on official website), it might be a setting issue (and in rare cases a bug).
