The plugin is not working

    Hello! I installed the paid verion of the plugin in order to set up a custom email for a second product, and now I don’t receive the customed emails for neither of the products. What could have happened? Thank you!!

    If anyone else is interested – the problem was resolved by changing the custom email’s “Trigger(s)” option from “New order (Completed)” to “Order status updated to Completed”.
