Pre Sale question

I’m interested in your plugin, it seems great, but I would like to be sure I can do what I need.

Here is the situation : we are a website located in France, selling products to retail consumers and also to businesses all over the world.

Here are the different cases I would like to manage:
– 20% tax for all orders purchased by Retail consumers (all countries)
– 20% VAT for Local Businesses from France (No VAT validation needed)
– 0% VAT for EU VAT Businesses, after validating the VAT number
– 0% tax for Businesses from all other countries

Is it possible with your plugin (I really hope so…)?
