This will allow us to investigate the issue more closely and understand what might be causing the problem. If that’s okay with you, please send your login credentials.
Regarding your second question, our plugin is compatible with WPML plugin. There is a option “Convert on language”, under the “General” section. Using this feature you can convert prices and currencies on selected language only.
