Products are appearing as “uncategorized”

I really like the idea, but it seems as all my products are read as “uncategorized” no matter what I do for category or tag.

I am using The Events Calendar / Tickets Plus as product creator (I am selling tickets) – and all products are given both categories and tags.

Hi Asger,

Sorry for the delayed response, we overlooked this post by mistake.

Can you please send us wp-admin access to check? As this is unusual behavior that we can’t reproduce.
