Hi all hope someone can assist with this issue. I am not finding a setting where i can change this.
Here is the scenario, i Have installed the plugin pro version as well as bought the recommended POS that COGS support. Plugin works great hoever when i process a transaction on the POS and add a discount it doesnt adjust profit to discounted price-cost price. it still calculates it with normal selling price-cost price. Any ideas on how to go about this fix?

Thanks for reaching out We apologize for any inconveniences you may be facing.
In such a case, please go to the “Advanced” section of the plugin and enable options under “Force costs update”. After that please go to the “Tools & Reports” and run the “Recalculate orders” option.
Please give it a try.
