Hi there, I’m working for a client’s site. They have purchased Pro version of Customer Payment Gateways Plugin

The check out options we are trying to achieve are:

Local delivery: whistler both 2 options:

Cash payment 
Interac payment with 5% gst tax charge

Mail order: Canada Wide

1.Interac payment with 5% gst tax charge
no cash option

I’m trying to enable shipping method 1 and 2 on cash on delivery and shipping method 2 for Interac Payment.

But this settings work totally opposite, if I leave ‘enable shipping method’ field blank than both payment gateways at checkout page available for both shipping methods, this is not what we want.
