HI there,
There are options in WooCommerce for configuring taxes based on location (country and state). You can navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Tax to set up tax rates for different states or regions. However, this method doesn’t directly enable/disable taxes based on cart value; it’s more about setting up tax rates for different locations.
