Session and Add coupon

Hi Support,

I have 2 questions:

1 – How long is the session?

In general, users do not order the product immediately. If you want to order after 2 weeks, will it still work?

2 – Coupon activation

Currently, the coupon will only be active after I add a product to the cart. If the user has already been on the site and added the product to the cart before, the coupon will not be activated.

Is there a way to activate the coupon without adding a product to the cart?
