    Hello,

We experienced an issue with one of our sites, basically, when new customers created orders and tried to check out, it would fail when processing the order and claim “Sorry, your session has expired”. We cloned the site and started troubleshooting the issue, at first I expected an issue with the payment gateway, but I couldn’t confirm this. We eventually had to turn off all plugins and turn them back on one by one until we found the culprit.

It ended up being your plugin “Email Verification for WooCommerce” that was causing the issue. We could enable all plugins but if we re-enabled this plugin, it stopped new customer orders from going through properly. We’d love to continue using your plugin, but we need to find out why it’s causing problems before we can.

The site is a wooCommerce shop in the UK, built with Oxygen Builder and relies on B2BKing, unsure where to start in giving you information about the problem, but we’re happy to share access to the dev site (clone) to investigate for yourself.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated,

    Stevie,

    Hello Stevie,

Thank you for reaching out to us for help with the issue you’re experiencing on your website. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

I understand that the problem seems to be related to our plugin “Email Verification for WooCommerce” and that you’ve had to disable it in order to resolve the issue. I appreciate that you’re willing to share access to your dev site with us so that we can investigate the problem further.

In order to help us troubleshoot the issue, I would appreciate it if you could provide us with login details to your dev site. In order to ensure the security of your site, I would recommend that you send the login details to us at [email protected]. This would allow us to access your site and investigate the problem more thoroughly.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and for following up with us through our forum. It’s much appreciated.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Best regards,
    Moshtafizur
