Set Minimum Order For Zone (Excluding Local Pickup)

Hi there,

I am a little confused on how to set the minimum order amount for shipping zones (i see it as an option in the drop down). I am not sure how to go about this? I have a few different shipping zones (really they are delivery zones, as we are a local business that does delivery), and I would like to set a minimum order that is different for each zone, but also allow to customer to select Local Pickup without a minimum. Is this possible? Thanks
