Hi,
We have two gateways – one card (Stripe) and one direct debit (gocardless) and two categories only – subscriptions and supplements. We need subscriptions to accept both payment gateways and the supplements to only accept Stripe.
I tried to set it up and on testing it looked like it worked. Unfortunately the Stripe gateway is the only one that shows up now for both categories. Even though I specified ‘direct debit’ plus ‘Stripe’ for the subscriptions category and Stripe only for the supplements category.
Could it be that the direct debit gocardless gateway in my woocommerce is not matching with the ‘direct debit’ section in your plugin’s options?
Hey Steve,
It might a conflict in settings, I would suggest to hide “Gocardless” from the Supplements category only (without adding any other setting), this should do it.
