Yes, it is multi-vendor platform. Then they should be able to set the whole price by themselves.

As promised, we have just released a new plugin version (v2.2.5), where I’ve added the WCFM plugin compatibility options. It needs more work on styling, etc. – I will do that in the next plugin version – but core functionality should be working fine already. So after the update, please go to “WooCommerce > Settings > Wholesale Pricing > General” and enable the new “WCFM plugin compatibility” checkbox. After that, you should see new “Wholesale Pricing” tab in WCFM vendor’s dashboard.
