GuestHello,
I noticed the plugin allows you to add a message to be displayed in the “Quantity Step Options” section for example (%quantity_step%) however, i was just wondering if it would be possible to also get this feature added to the “Quantity Dropdown Options” section as we seem to only have access to the %qty% variable and not %quantity_step%

ModeratorHi Samuel,
Not exactly this way, because on dropdown there might be different steps (if defined in Fixed Quantities tab).
If you can provide more details on how you’re using the dropdown (max quantity, or fallback, or fixed quantities) so we better understand how the step will be used there, we might then include it in the Quantity Info tab.

GuestHi,
Thank you for your response. I am trying to use the quantity dropdown to allow the customer to select different amounts of boxes each containing 60 cells for example: 1 Box of 60 cells, 2 Boxes of 60 cells, 4 Boxes of 60 cells…
I would like to have access to the step variable so that I can add this iteration at the start of the message.
Many Thanks.

ModeratorHey Sam,
You can here use Quantity info tab and show this info and say: Step is %step% containing 60 cells
The thing is that on dropdown, customers can’t select wrong quantities, because you will only show what they are allowed to purchase, maybe it’s just about informing them how packaging is (from what I see, you’re selling standard quantity of 1, each contains 60 cells).
Please let me know if you need any further help.
