Hi, if we set the time trigger for 10 days and as we get new orders each future day, does it append 10 days to each new order?

Example, Customer A orders on 7/10/23, then another Customer B places an order on 7/11/23, will the plugin change the order status 10 days after for each customer? Customer A order status will change on 7/20/23, Customer B order status will change on 7/21/23, etc. etc.

    Hi there,

Thank you for your question. You are correct, the Order Status Rules for WooCommerce plugin will append 10 days to each new order when the time trigger is set to 10 days.

For example, if Customer A orders on 7/10/23, the plugin will change the order status to “Shipped” on 7/20/23. If Customer B places an order on 7/11/23, the plugin will change the order status to “Shipped” on 7/21/23.

This is because the plugin uses the order’s creation date to determine when the time trigger should expire. So, even though Customer B’s order was placed one day after Customer A’s order, the plugin will still wait 10 days before changing the order status.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur
