Greetings, we are using Tree Table Rate shipping to create rules which allow us to customize the shipping charge options shown to the customer.
For example, we have a Free and Flat rate shipping based on price (over/under) and also several COD options based on price ranges.
To the customer, they see these as different shipping options, but they are all provided by the same shipping method (Tree Table Rate)
Your software doesn’t seem to be able to let us set choices based on the shipping options presented to the customer in this fashion.
Also using Tree Table Rate we have the choice in certain conditions to ‘pass through’ an existing shipping option. If we use this choice to pass through the Free/Flat rate method, and assign those methods only to specific payment gateways, it still fails as it seems that this software interprets the options presented as being part of the Tree Table Rate method, instead of coming from the Free Shipping or Flat Rate Method.
Do you have any suggestions on how we might be able to get your plugin to work with our platform?
