Troubleshooting help needed

    I hope you can help.  We have had this plugin for a couple of years and it was working great.  The person who initially set it up (with the help of the developer’s support) is not available and the plugin has stopped functioning.  The xml file was being produced, but updates failed to show on the marketplace’s website.

    There were some alterations made for our specific use, by the developer…and while I’m sure it was said that these alterations would go into the main release, I’m reluctant to try updating the plugin without some help, which may fix the issue.

    Are you able to provide some troubleshooting help and assist in the update, please?

    I’m also thinking that crons have gone wrong, but I’ve searched for any indication of how to reactivate that.
