I can’t edit the VAT rate to UK/GB when sending from EU.
There is a mistake where the plug in adds 20% vat. When sending from the EU country it should be 0% since the customs is supposed to be added the tax as far as I know.
I can’t even overwrite this setting. it makes all transactions to GB from EU incorrect when using the plug in : (
Hi Andrzej,
The plugin functionality doesn’t control VAT rates (it has a tool that automates this, but not something enforced by the plugin), to change & control VAT rates, it has to be done on WooCommerce >> Tax >> Rates.
If you still think this has something to do with how our plugin operates, please provide a little more info so we can help further.
